Do you need a special vacuum cleaner?
The Rug Est advises that vacuuming is the easiest way to clean hand-tufted rugs to remove loose dirt and dust. For cut pile, an upright or barrel, vacuum fitted with a powerhead is recommended but don’t set the brush roller head too low. For loop pile, a vacuum with suction-only capabilities is recommended.
