Amazing customer service, the stainless steel wand on my barrel K3 premium SEBO cleaner had broken. I spoke to Kristine who said, "we could fix this together over the phone if you kept the 1cms screw" she then spent 15  patiently, and with much humour talking me through the process " Felt so good to have fixed it and saved $250, I realised halfway through the call that we had spoken at least 5yrs ago when I originally purchased the machine, she was as nice then as she is now Give the woman a pay rise!!

I had a problem with the ET - 1 motorised vacuum head. I didn’t check the manual and ordered a replacement unit. SEBO received my order but chose to email me to see if the problem could be fixed. I brought a vacuum from this Blacktown SEBO business today, what an absolute Gem Kristine was from start to finish was the best service I've had in years, her patience & knowledge as she took me thru all the features on all the vacuums helped me easily make the right decision without any pressure. She was extremely polite and very helpful, and went above and beyond to get back to me with an answer to my query, even speaking with the technical team in order to provide the best answer she could. I purchased my Sebo X7 upright vacuum cleaner through Bing Lee.  I noticed a crack in the bag casing, and sent an email off to Sebo Australia with photos and copy of the retail received.  Early next morning Kristine from their Sydney customer service team called and and advised that they would send an engineer out after work today.  And as soon as I arrived home, the lovely George arrived with my replacement part, apologised for any inconvenience, and had me smiling in no time. Bought my SEBO X upright vacuum several years ago as it was suggested best for my plush carpets. Still going strong after all these years. Really effortless carpet cleaning as it pulls itself forward even on my thick carpet pile.
