Return, Refund & Exchange

Delivery Details

Unless you have nominated a specific method of cartage, orders will be dispatched using normal delivery process and we aim to have the goods delivered to you within a reasonable time. We cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (eg: Strikes, floods etc.).

Returns & Exchanges

In addition to your Statutory Rights, you may cancel your order at any time up to 14 days after receiving the goods by notifying us in writing, indicating the reason for the return, together with a copy of the original receipt either by:

A Goods Return Authority (GRA) will be forwarded by Customer Service which must be included with the goods. Returns sent without a GRA may not be accepted and returned to the sender.

The goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging at your expense to:

The cost incurred by you in returning goods shipped incorrectly or defective will be refunded in full or alternatively, if accepted, consumable items to the value of the freight cost as offset.

Please note that if you fail to take reasonable care of the goods we may not be able to accept the return. Returns will not be accepted if item exhibits any obvious signs of wear or is not in the condition in which it was originally shipped. Electrical parts cannot be accepted for Return.

Exchanges

There is a 20% invoice value return fee, minimum $20.00, for all exchanges. Therefore, if you would like to exchange, please follow the same instructions as above, indicating your requirements.

Refund

We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery charge (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered) or hold a credit against future purchases, whichever is preferred.

Returns are usually inspected within 48 hours of receipt and processed.

Backorders

Items that are not currently available will be placed on backorder and will be shipped at a later date. Your credit card or preferred method of payment will be authorised on the date your order is placed via our online shop. If your order was placed via telephone or e-mail you will be advised at the time of your order if payment is required to prior to shipping. We will provide you with an approximate ship date for your item(s) but please note these dates are subject to change. You will receive an email notification if this date changes.

We Reserve the Right:

  • To cancel any order, at which time we will immediately notify this action by e-mail or phone, using the details provided. We will refund all monies paid using the original method received.
  • That all orders are subject to availability of stock.
  • To take reasonable steps to verify that the order and credit details are bona fide.
