When it comes to vacuums, one size does not fit all. It’s important to note that your current vacuum may not work well on your fabulous new soft Godfrey Hirst Triexta carpet. Many high suction vacuums do not perform well on Godfrey Hirst’s Eco+ softest Triexta silk offerings.

Godfrey Hirst advises that the vacuum cleaner performance will directly affect the longevity and presentation of the carpet. Vacuuming should be undertaken using a quality vacuum cleaner with a power head, not turbo head, preferably with dual motors (one motor powering the brush to agitate pile and the second motor providing strong suction). The SEBO vacuum cleaners, as below, feature powerheads and fulfil the cleaning requirements as required and in accordance with the latest version of the Australian Standard 3733 for ‘Textile floor coverings – Cleaning maintenance of residential and commercial carpeting’ (AS/NZS 3733)
